1) You need to upload your recent Photo in JPEG format (within 100 KB in size) and Signature in JPEG format (within 40 KB in size).
2) You also need to upload Mark Sheets up to the last semester/ year in a single PDF document (within 1000 KB).
3) Keep the scanned photo, signature and the mark sheets (single PDF document) ready while you fill in the form.
4) Please enter Name exactly as in the marksheet.
5) Please correctly enter address, phone, mobile, e-mail etc.
Please make sure to take a print before you proceed for payment.
In case of any false or wrong information and/or concealment of any information in the application form will lead to cancellation of the candidature and admission. In such a case, the candidate will not be eligible for any refund.
